The claims that are common in the Yaz Lawsuit Cases that have been filed recently include, Failure to Warn, Improper Marketing, Breach of Implied Warranty, Breach of Express Warranty, Deceptive Trade Practices, Faulty or Improper Design as well as numerous other claims or causes of action. The majority of the Yaz Lawsuits recently filed also make a Strict Liability assertion.
Many of the recent Yaz Lawsuit filings, in addition to naming Bayer, the maker of Yaz as a defendant also name numerous others as defendants. Among those named include companies that are subsidiaries, parent companies, predecessor companies, and child companies of Bayer. Some Yaz Lawsuit Cases also name other companies and even individuals that took part in the marketing, research, production, or distribution of Bayer.
It seems clear at this time that although Bayer may be working diligently to settle many of the outstanding Yaz Lawsuit cases it faces, more Yaz Lawsuit cases will continue to be filed for some time to come. It does not appear that the time limit for filing a Yaz Lawsuit has expired for many potential Yaz Lawsuits that have yet to be filed to be brought forth.
